  • Applications:
  • When you apply through our website, you provide personal data including images, measurements, and contact information. By submitting an application, you consent to our collection and processing of this data for agency purposes such as castings, submissions to clients, and internal evaluations.
  • Castings & Events:
  • By attending castings, fashion weeks, or similar activities coordinated by FYE Management, you consent to the processing of your personal data and likeness in connection with these events.
  • Comments & Contact Forms:
  • When leaving a comment or contacting us, we collect the information you provide along with your IP address and browser details to prevent spam and ensure communication security.
  • Media Uploads:
  • If you upload images, avoid including location data (EXIF GPS).

  • Images and personal data submitted to FYE Management may be used for: Internal agency purposes (portfolio review, casting decisions, submissions to clients). Communication regarding industry events, including fashion weeks, shows, and campaigns.
  • Images may appear on our website or social media in connection with agency communication, provided they relate to legitimate agency activity.
  • Images submitted through applications or castings will never be used in external commercial advertising or paid campaigns without a separate, written agreement with the individual.

    • Third-Party Media Coverage

    Participation in castings, fashion weeks, or other industry events may result in photography or media coverage by external parties (designers, press, fashion week organizers, independent photographers, or social media accounts). FYE Management is not responsible for the publication, distribution, or use of such third-party materials.

    Publication Disclaimer

    FYE Management strives for accuracy in all communications. If any image or information is published in error, it will be corrected or removed immediately upon notification. Such accidental publication does not constitute unauthorized commercial exploitation and does not entitle the individual to financial compensation.

    Data Retention & Security

  • Application data and casting submissions are stored securely for as long as relevant to agency activities, unless you request deletion.
  • We apply strict technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

    • Scouting and Promotion

    If a model is booked or submitted through one of FYE Management’s scouts, or has obtained job opportunities thanks to our scouting network, FYE Management reserves the right to reference this in our communication and marketing. This may include mentioning the scout’s involvement and highlighting successful placements.

    Such communication will not imply exclusive representation of the model by FYE Management unless a signed agreement exists, but is intended to recognize and promote the work of our scouts within the industry.

    Your Rights
